Use & Care
After each use, wash in warm, sudsy water. Dry immediately. Coat inside of wok lightly with cooking oil. This prevents rusting if the non-stick coating becomes scratched. To remove burned on food, apply a paste of 2 TBSP baking soda/1 TBSP laundry bleach to the area to be cleaned. Wait 15 minutes. Gently scrub with a nylon brush or sponge, rinse with warm water and dry immediately. (Instruction on the back of label)
Additional Hints
- Be sure to use suggested amount of cooking oil in each recipe.
- Use wood or plastic utensils only.
- Never use metal scours, scouring powders or metal tools, as these will damage the non-stick coating.
- Never preheat stir fry pan without first adding cooking oil or other cooking liquids to pan while pan is still cold.
- Do not leave food in stir fry pan after cooking
- Hand wash only, do not wash in dishwasher.
