Use & Care
After each use, wash in warm sudsy water. Dry immediately. Coat inside of wok lightly with cooking oil. This prevents rusting if the non-stick coating becomes scratched. To remove burned on food, apply a paste of 2 TBSP baking soda / 1 TBSP laundry bleach to the area to be cleaned. Wait 15 minutes. Gently scrub with nylon brush or sponge, rinse with warm water and dry immediately.
Be sure to use the suggested amount of cooking oil in each recipe. Use wood or plastic utensils only. Never use metal scours, scouring powders or metal tools, as these will damage the non-stick coating. Never preheat wok without first adding cooking oil or other liquid to pan while pan is still cold. Do not leave food in wok after cooking. Hand wash only, do not wash in dishwasher.
